今早起床．遲ｄ點
尋晚同誠誠談了大約一小時的電話．
唉．加油呀．
都做咗十個月喇，仲有少少就得架啦．
人唔得就算啦．自己做得幾多得幾多囉
不過小心身體．
味當係學吓野．

結果搞搞下野，尋日三時多才睡．很快便睡了，又沒有較Clock．
成日都係咁．
一訓係張床度，就即時訓着咗，結果無較鬧鐘．
超低能

今日都好鬼眼訓既去返工
MR.T唔係度咩都好似順ｄ．
咁都好既
唔使見到佢總係唔係好舒服咁．
我今日都hei 左一排．．．（偷笑）

今日有兩件事好搞笑
（其實每次義賣都有唔同既野）
上星期六係CWB布隻大狗狗，係金毛尋回犬
佢好乖乖架．走過黎同我玩呀．
佢首先走到counter 前用個鼻鼻去睇下ｄ海豚係咩．
之後我同佢玩咗一陣．
佢好乖呀．
之後佢主人話要走．
佢行後咗少少．之後仲坐咗係度望住ｄ大豚．
好可愛呵

而今日見到一個搞笑既外賣人
佢係無啦啦走過度話想要，但又無錢．
之後同佢玩左陣佢走左．
但佢返黎又同我係度吹水
”我頭先係中環廣場俾咗一蚊...
我係味好人呀，好唔好呀
唔係壞人呀ｍａ
唔好叫差人黎捉我ｗｏｒ”

之後５點幾，我見到一個西裝友．
我問佢捐唔捐
之後我同佢講咗好多野，
佢又問我好多野．
咁之後佢就俾左一百蚊我．
我好肯定果個人係某大公司的高層．

之後七點半大家一齊走人．
好野
今日好多錢呀．
佢個袋係滿架．

同I先生一路行一路講咗好多野．
或者佢真係有心去做．
想幫佢地手搞好依間協會．
搞到我離開前都真係想俾一ｄ野佢
唔係幫都可以係一個reference.
不過最後都算啦．
唔好太多事喇

1. Have a SWOT Analysis
2. Have a position map
3. Develop the strategy from the research

－ Communications
1. Develop news letter (E-mail) to enhance the relationships between Association and Volunteers.
2. Upload the news on the Internet more often
3. Do more promotions before holding a big event
For example. get venue sponsors for org to post the promotion aspects for promotion
4. Transparency
Make your workers know more about what you are doing

－　Projects
1. Should not focus on $$ ONLY.
2. Please have a look on the Environmental protection Education.
3. Environmental protection is a very hop topic. And, it is a good value for org to deal with corporates to get the sponsors.
4. Try to think somethings that can both benefit the corporates (no saying building your image in taking the social responsibility)and of course our student
5. please do some researches before asking people to build up proposals.
6. Having a good planning is the key for you to success

Just my thought.
